During the first phase of the project partners will create matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism sector development of each partner region. SWOT analysis will be made up with the help of representatives from business, government and NGO sectors and using the newest material from internet recourses, different kind of publications and personal experience of network members.

During first year of project implementation network prepared SWOT analysis of tourism sector in partners regions. Network decided that SWOT analysis will be updated constantly after international meetings, when partners will see all remote areas and give feedback about what they noticed.
