The main product of NordTourNet-2 project is document containing 5 descriptions of content of new training course for tourism entrepreneurs (1 by each project partner).
Descriptions of training courses include:
1. The title and aim of training course.
2. The requirements/recommendations for adult learner willing to attend the course (educational background, initial knowledge).
3. Duration - not less than 16 academic hours of direct contact with adult learner.
4. The outline of the programme of training course (main themes and sub-themes).
5. Abstract and notes on theoretical material.
6. The list of literature and learning material resources.
7. Learning outcomes: what knowledge, skills and competences adult learner will gain after completion of the course.
8. The description of methods, criteria and instruments which will be use to assess learning outcomes, knowledge competences.
9. Exhaustive description of teaching methods (why they are chosen, when to use them, what conclusions can be made by using particular teaching method and etc.).
8. Materials, tools, means and equipment necessary for the course.
9. Instructions for adult teacher: balance between theory and practice, appropriate use of methods and etc.
