Education, Research & Consultancy Center (ERCC) was founded in the year 2006 as the consortium of higher education lecturers with the aim to provide research, consultancy and training for enterprises, non-governmental organisations and public institutions. The main activity of ERCC is adult education. The geographical scope – Western Lithuania. ERCC professionals and freelance trainers conduct practical workshops mainly on thefollowing topics – creativity, effective communication, team-building, project management, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and other. In our trainings we are using participative, experiential and fostering creativity teaching methods such as role play, storytelling, simulation, world café, coaching, art therapy, guided imagery, games. Half of adult educators of ERCC has PhD degree. The special interest of adult educators and researchers of ERCC is communication and intergenerational issues. ERCC researchers are experienced in conducting qualitative research.
ERCC was initiator and coordinator of Nordplus Adult projects "Tourism Development Challenges in Nordic and Baltic Countries" (NordTourNet-1), "Nordic-Baltic Tourism Learning – NordTourNet2", "NordTourNet-3: Solving Communication Problems of Different Generations in Tourism Companies" as well as of this current project. As the result of NordTourNet-2 project ERCC together with local municipality implemented training course for employees of tourism and wellness enterprises "Development Communicative Competence of Employees of Tourism and Wellness Companies When Dealing with Customers".
ERCC will bring to the project its experience of administration of international projects, professional knowledge about qualitative research, creation of methodological materials for educators, experience in teaching adults of different ages (especially employees from tourism sector), organisation of various events, workshops, collaboration with tourism companies and organisations.

The initial target of KVK is an ensuring of high quality of academic teaching and research facilities. KVK focuses on study programs that lead to a profession. The graduates of KVK gain professional Bachelor degree. The studies are practice orientated; students are able to apply successfully their knowledge in a real working environment. The Tourism Business study program, which prepares middle-level employees for Western Lithuanian tourism companies, has been popular at the Faculty of Business for more than 20 years. Teachers of the tourism business study program actively cooperate with local tourism businesses,organize seminars, participate in joint projects and local initiatives.
KVK is very much oriented towards adult teaching. There are many formal and informal courses for adults already in the workplace to increase their skills and help to meet the challenges of modern citizenship. KVK promotes adult lifelong learning.
KVK will bring to the project the scientific approach - experience in conducting qualitative research, writing scientific articles and participation in scientific conferences, professionalism in developing a variety of methodologies and guidelines for adult educators and learners. KVK Business Administration Department has a lot of contacts with tourism companies and organisations in Western Lithuania. Also KVK will bring to the project its experience in organising workshops, training and conferences for different audience.

Mexpertise has 5 main working areas: providing training, creating educational tools, mobilising volunteers to professionalism, project management, promoting entrepreneurship. Mexpertise works with a focus on Life-Long Learning realising the importance and value of continuous learning through the all life stages. By teaching young adults and adult migrants Mexpertise uses active and participative teaching methods: film-making, games, dances, Sensitization Training and creative drama. Swedish organisation is especially experienced in teaching methods of creative drama, games and film-making.

Arctic Culture Lab (ACL) is non-governmental organisation, founded in 2014 as a platform that reacts on the international vibrancy of the North and unites artists, curators, researchers, cultural tourism developers, knowledge bearers, geopolitical experts, as well as producers. With two offices and programs, one in Ilulissat, West Greenland, and one on Nordkyn peninsula, Northern Norway, ACL strives for the goal to formulate another narrative of the Arctic as predominantly presented in the mainstream media. Among ACL's activities in the field of creative industries are the nomadic exhibition space Qamutit (https://www.arcticculturelab.no/qamutit), workshops, lectures, excursions and festivals for circumpolar culture.
The communication of cultural heritage towards visitors is one of the main goals of ACL's activities. ACL started several community-based Partner Art in Public Space-projects based on participatory design principles, this means community members are actively involved in the process of planning and realisation. The results are visited by tourists from all over the world (e.g. https://www.arcticculturelab.gl/avittat-art-in-public-space/).
ACL is regularly invited to present Arctic culture at different festivals and exhibition. ACL is a regular participant at the biennial Arctic Art Summit, Arctic Circle Summit (Iceland), North by North (Alaska) and teams up with a number of universities in several research projects (e.g. Climate Narratives with the University of Bergen (Norway), Curatorial Practices with the University of Iceland, European Identity with the University of Bologna (Italy).
ACL will bring to the project knowledge about qualitative research, capability to create training programs fos adults, experience in organising camps and strong relations with local community and cultural tourism organisations.
ACL is the member of NordTourNet network and participated in Stockholm Nordplus Contact Seminar in 2013 and NordTourNet-1 project as Harjadalens Culture Center. Later they moved to Northern Norway and Greenland and continued their work with new organisation - Arctic Culture Lab.

The mission of KTA is to promote the development of a modern, sustainable tourism industry in West Latvia in order to increase the number of visitors. It promotes the development and marketing of a destination, focusing on sales, tourism marketing and services.
The main goals of KTA are the following:
1. To identify, develop and implement innovative tourism product of Kurzeme, perform the marketing of the Kurzeme tourism product in Latvia and abroad, and develop a successful tourism image of Kurzeme.
2. To perform the necessary activities in order to preserve the natural and cultural heritage of Kurzeme region by organising education in tourism sector, and by development of tourism infrastructure.
3. To represent members of association in local, national and international authorities and organisations.
