Coordinating organisation - Education, Research & Consultancy Center (ERCC) was founded in the year 2006 as the consortium of higher education lecturers with the aim to provide research, consultancy and training for enterprises, non-governmental organisations and public institutions.
ERCC professionals and freelance trainers conduct practical workshops mainly on the following topics – effective communication (Public Communication, Social Media Communication & Etiquette, Communication through Drama Methods), Hospitality, Leadership, Team-building, Management of nongovernmental and volunteer organisations, Fundraising and project management, Andragogic Approach Towards Education.
Another aim of ERCC activities is to propagate Lithuanian culture and traditions, spread information about social and economic life of our country as well as business environment and generally increase knowledge about Lithuania. By striving this aim ERCC organises placements in Western part of Lithuania for businessmen, NGOs, educational institutions and youth from abroad to give them exhaustive knowledge about economy, culture, educational system (and etc.) of Lithuania. So far in total ERCC hosted over 200 trainees from Europe.
Since 2010 ERCC started to work for tourism sector. We are organising guided tours in Western part of Lithuania for groups of foreigners, local tourists, and individuals, pupils' groups from schools in Lithuanian, Russian, English and German languages.
ERCC will bring into the project rich experience of project management, good skills of working with adult learners, experience of preparing training programmes, knowledge about tourism sector, cooperation with tourism companies.

Klaipeda State Universiy of Applied Sciences (KVK) - is the 3rd HEI in Lithuania with very active professional academic community. The main aim of KVK is to ensure high quality of academic process and scientific activity. The key aspect is professionalism of study programmes and quality of practical activity.
KVK implements 3 study programmes of tourism and recreation field: Tourism Administration, Management of Sport and Cultural Events, Joint Programme of Wellness Services Management. These study programmes are implemented by the Tourism and Recreation Department. The Department consists of the specialists with the practical experience not less than 3 years. Academic staff improves qualification participating in the seminars and workshops, preparing scientific publications, organising students' and lecturers‘ conferences, carrying out researches significant for city planning and its strategical development, participating in the national and international projects.
In 2012-2014 KVK implemented ERASMUS IP project "Memory Landscapes and Tourism. Intensive short course in dark tourism (Memoryscapes)". The project of EU structural funds and Lithuanian national budget with the reference to VP1-2.2-ŠMM-04-V-06-005 had the aim to create Hospitality Academy, which provides qualification courses in the field of hospitality (hotels, catering, services for healthy life).
KVK runs Education and Service Center, which provides adult education and has more than 100 formal and non-formal training programmes for business, governmental sector, non-governmental organisations, individuals, unemployed persons. Tourism and Recreation Department in this adult education center provides training courses about entrepreneurship, creation of trails for tourists, workshops for tourist guides, management of SPA centers and hotels.
Since 2012 KVK is the member of Lithuanian Association of Adult Education.
Academic experience allows application of the newest study methods involving both students and social partners. In 2012 lecturers of Tourism and Recreation Department with students prepared the study of Klaipeda Rowing Center capabilities, which resulted in optimization of activity and acquiring the financial support for development of material basis of the Center. The study helped to implement Klaipeda city strategic activity plan within 2007 -2013. In 2016 the renovation of the center is planned to be started. Social partners of Tourism and Recreation Department are well-known Lithuanian business companies with branches in Western Lithuania. In the spring 2016 within NordTourNet-1 project KVK together with ERCC organised public discussion for entities, operating in tourism, sport and recreation in Western Lithuania, about seasonal tourism challenges. The discussion took 3 hours by using in experimental way teaching methods - World Cafe, guided imagery and relaxation techniques. KVK will bring into the project deep knowledge and experience of creation training courses for adults, new teaching methods of adults, good relations with stakeholders, capabilities of wide dissemination and professional evaluation of training courses created.

Loodi Manor Nature Centre was founded in spring 2013. It is located in countryside, not far away from Viljandi town. The organisation has 7 members and network of cooperation partners: trainers, museums, handcraft masters, tourism entrepreneurs, civil society organisations. LMNC provides environmental education, contributes to developing sustainable behaviour and responsible attitude towards nature, conducts information days, seminars, educational programs and training courses in nature education and environmental history. Also LMNC organises practical workshops with woodwork as well as environmentally friendly ways of construction, secrets about local natural building materials. LMNC activities are focused on developing and implementing new concepts and innovative approach in ecotourism, non-formal education and lifelong learning courses. Our society had been facing quick changes through last decades and formal education structures are not enough flexible to help people adapt to new challenges and situations, also to value our own experiences. LMNC carries out projects at local, national and regional level and build up learning and visiting centre in Loodi Manor. NGO Loodi MNC participates in the Estonian environmental education network and in the sustainable and innovative tourism network of Nordic and Baltic Countries NordTourNet (www.nordtournet.com). From previous NordTourNet project LMNC took over Icelandic experience of innovative tourism service "Meet the Locals". Estonian version of this service for tourists calls "Encounters in Historical Livonia" and covers 2 packages of occupations for visitors - "Life in Soomaa" and "Stories in Loodi".
LMNC will bring into the project experience of working with adult learners and tourists, preparing training programmes, knowledge about tourism sector in Southern Estonia, strong cooperation network with local tourism entrepreneurs.

ProIFALL was founded in 2015 and is located in the South of Sweden, in small town Örkelljunga. The main vision of ProIFALL is to develop non-formal education methods for young adults. It is a SME with 2 people who are working for management and project development. There are also 5 experts working with non-formal education and project development. ProIFALL is a small scale enterprise yet it is connected with non-governmental and governmental organisations to build up the competences of the volunteers who can then work as expert on social issues, entrepreneurship and education. ProIFALL has now 20 volunteers in its network who are future expert in several areas related to education. ProIFALL team also has big experience of work with migrant adults aged 18-80.
By teaching young adults and adult migrants ProIFALL uses active and participative teaching methods: film-making, games, dances and creative drama. ProIFALL works with a focus on Life-Long Learning realising the importance and value of continuous learning through the all life stages, including the importance of entrepreneurship and possibilities to be self-employed by creating home based business.
Also ProIFALL is an expert in educational international projects such as Erasmus+. The team of small
sized enterprise work with projects' initiatives from their conception and initiation, till development, planning, control and its close.
ProIFALL actively cooperates with cultural, touristic, sport, educational organisations and municipality (Svenska Kyrkan, Kompetens Center, Utbildning Centrum Örkelljunga and Municipality).

Apartment hotel Salpalinjan Hovi was established in 2014 and is located in rural area, 9 kilometres from the Lappeenranta city center. It is surrounded by the rich and beautiful nature of South Karelia as well as historic sites. The hotel is established in former village school built from log. Apartments have been furnished according to different school subjects: history, biology, music, literature, physics. Among other active attractions Salpalinjan Hovi provides for hotel's clients and other tourists professional guided tours in historical place, located near hotel, called Salpa Line. It is defence line that was built in the 1940’s in order to protect Finland from Soviet Union’s attacks. Very close to the hotel you can find two underground machine gun bunkers and an enormous three story lodging-cave, mined into the rock, which according to different sources was supposed to accommodate 60-100 soldiers.
By education hotel's owner, Anne Sorsa-Vainikka, is biologist. She has been working as a businesswoman for three years now. Before that she worked about 20 years as an operating manager in Biology and Geography Teachers In Finland and before that she worked couple of years in ProAgria as a business consult for people living in rural areas.
At the moment apartment hotel Salpalinjan Hovi is developing new products for tourists and other individuals, interested in Finnish history and culture. They are also creating package tours for international tourists concerning nature, relaxation, hunting and most of all products for winter tourists.
Hotel owners are planning also packages including visit to St Petersburg, in Russia. Lappeenranta is a border town to Russia. All these Salpalinjan Hovi is doing in cooperation with Saimaa University of Applied Sciences.
