The main product of NordTourNet-3 project is game, as teaching method, titled "Communication Game for Different Generations"
The aim of the game will be to teach adult learners in attractive way solving communication problems among different generations, particularly among 4 generations nowadays active in the labour market - Baby-Boomers, X, Y and Z. At the first phase of the project, by conducting qualitative research, each partner will collect not less than 20 communication problems in tourism companies and develop their solutions. Those identified problems will be basis for the game.
Target group of this product - adult educators; indirect target group - owners and employees of tourism companies.
